All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
During peak seasons, holidays, or promotional periods, processing time may be slightly longer.

We currently ship orders from our international fulfillment center.

Standard Shipping: 8-15 business days
Delivery time may vary depending on the destination, customs clearance, weather conditions, local carrier delays, or other unexpected situations.
Please note that delivery time does not include order processing time.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout.
We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. If your order qualifies for free shipping, the shipping discount will be automatically applied at checkout.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Please allow 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update after the tracking number is issued.
If your tracking information has not updated for several days, it may still be in transit between shipping facilities.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If you notice an address error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help before the order is shipped.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may be charged by your local customs office.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is delayed, please contact us and we will help check the shipping status with the carrier.
If tracking shows that the package has been delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local carrier, mailbox, front desk, neighbors, or building office first.
We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. However, we will do our best to assist you.
Event or Wedding Orders
If you are ordering for a wedding, photoshoot, party, or special event, we strongly recommend placing your order early to allow enough time for processing and international delivery.
We cannot guarantee delivery by a specific event date unless such service is clearly stated at checkout.
