At SHYMMUO, we want you to feel confident and comfortable with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
Return Window
We accept return requests within 30 days after delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
Unused and unworn
In its original condition
Free from stains, perfume, makeup, pet hair, or signs of wear
Returned with original packaging when possible
For hygiene reasons, items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged by the customer, or used for photoshoots/events may not be eligible for return.

Our customer service team will reply within 24–48 business hours.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.
Return Shipping Cost
For returns caused by personal reasons, such as wrong size ordered, changed mind, or no longer needed, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
For returns caused by our error, such as wrong item sent, defective item, or damaged item, we will offer a reasonable solution, such as replacement, refund, or partial refund.
Because international return shipping may be costly, we may also offer a partial refund option so you can keep the item instead of returning it.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size or color, please contact us. We may help you with a return and guide you to place a new order.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order after delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
We will review the issue and provide a suitable solution.
Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may request a return after delivery.
Final Sale Items
Items marked as final sale, clearance, or special promotion may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
